WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT ORDER FROM TELEFLORA!!!! Talk about a complete disaster. Ordered a $200+ floral arrangement to send to my estranged grandfather's funeral to try to mend bridges with the family. Found out only an hour before the funeral that Teleflora lost the order. Claims they had no record of it even though a confirmationemail was sent. Feel terrible and shed so many tears about it. I live out of state and can't do anything to get flowers there in time. Called Teleflora and they refuse to take any responsibility or do anything to rectify the situation. The customer service lady even hung up on me!
