I ordered the same dress but in two different sizes knowing I would send back the dress that didn’t fit. The dress I ordered was exactly as it appeared on-line; however, returning the second dress has been a nightmare! They don’t want any items returned so they make the return process an absolute nightmare! They want a pic of what you’re returning, they then want you to label the package with customers name on it, then they want a copy of the receipt then they want a pic of the return label; they constantly move the finish line pretending to help you but they know you will eventually run out of steam dealing with them and they will keep your money. They never really give you a return address and I spent $40 to return the pkg to Hong Kong which was on the original pkg I received but they eventually tell you to return the pkg to China but they don’t tell you the address until like the 15th email! Now they say I didn’t provide a picture of the rerun label so they cannot refund my money even though the receipt (with tracking number) from the post office shows it was delivered! Beyond frustrating!!! I will never use this company again; they move the finish line so they never have to refund your money; find another company to buy from!
