Agreed 6months ago with a rep to pause for 2years, they charged me anyway 6months later
I spoke with a representative 6months ago to cancel and they convinced me to pause for 2 years instead. Also, I notified them it was sent to the wrong address and I gave them my new address. What do you know, I've been charged 6months later for another sub product and checked the account and my address hadn't been updated! this company is a scam. Will be notifying my bank cancelling that credit card number, the credit company of fraud, as well as sharing on Google reviews. furious $97 charges UNAUTHORIZED 1000% *the next day I got an email with a full refund and that they are cancelling my subscription, per my request. I am thankful they were responsive and sympathetic to what happened, and hope they will not do this to others moving forward.
