Farm Rio's shocking customer service
Farm Rio's customer service is shocking. I didn't receive a label for my returns - it took me 5 emails and over 7 days to get a human, not a bot to send me a new label. I've now waited over 16 days to get my refund, and it's still not been received. I've emailed again and once again got no response. There is no way of contacting a human being. I would strongly recommend not to order direct from Farm Rio again.
