Horrible Customer Service!
Ordered a device for my car battery that came poorly packaged, but that wasn’t the worst part. They neglected to include any instructions on how to install it! When I emailed them asking for the instructions, they said that before I ask for anything, I need to download an app and set up an account, all this because they forgot to include the instructions! After about a half dozen more emails they finally sent me the instructions! If you order anything from this outfit, just pray that you don’t have to deal with the customer service department, they stink!
