If i could give zero stars I would. This company is a disgrace! I purchased a plaque from them in August of this year, I am not sure of the exact date. It arrived very well packaged. On opening there were dents and scratch marks underneath the plastic film. This was clearly sub standard when it was packed for despatch. I contacted them they offered a part refund which i refused as this was a gift. I asked for a replacement and a label to return it. I was ignored several times. I then put a claim via Paypal but had to return the item to China (was my belief) at my own cost within a specified time. I was on holiday so could not and therefore lost all my money as Paypal re charged me because I had no tracking for the return. I sent photos of the damaged goods and requested numerous times for a replacement. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
