SCAMMERS!! Fraudulent behavior.
Be very careful giving this site your card info. I tried out the free trial in October, and found that there were way too many errors and incorrect answers for a service that I would be paying for, so I was not interested in renewing. Customer service agreed to refund me for the year that I had accidently paid for, but said they were still going to charge me for a month since I was one day late cancelling my trial. I received confirmation of my cancellation and that I would not be charged further. I noticed a few days ago, however, that they have been charging me monthly ever since, and then had the nerve to argue and tell me that I agreed to some sort of deal which is 100% a lie. This is fraudulent behavior.
