Absolute scam!
I ordered a dress and weeks later, received an awful, cheap dress that was nothing like the one I ordered. I contacted them immediately and they tried to discourage a refund by offering me a pathetic discount. When I persisted with photos etc they told me I would have to return the dress at my cost to Asia. The post office was going to charge me a further $27. 50 to return the dress. It didn't even have labels. The ongoing saga to sort out this problem with the company has been nothing but inefficient ...an absolute con. Unfortunately, it is not worth sending back and will now be going to the op shop. I will never buy from Lightinthe Box again. They cannot touch Temu or Shein for service.
