Avoid at all costs
We have constantly had our cPanel account compromised for the last few months, and Vodien still have not done anything to prevent this recurring. If it was due to using week passwords I would happily accept my part, but it doesn't matter how complex a password you use, it will still be compromised. I have wasted so many hours restoring content it's ridiculous, and the level of support is absolutely appalling as well. It can take weeks to have a simple issue resolved. If you send a very clear support email clearly outlining the issues and what you have done to try to resolve it yourself, you're probably wasting your time. If the first support representative doesn't ask you to repeat everything you just passed on, you can guarantee the next one will. I would love to move to another provider but of course they offer no refunds, so once you pay for that 12 month renewal, your locked in to a substandard service with no recourse and an absolutely appalling level of service. They clearly don't even do due diligence by performing regular security updates.
