Company does not support its hardware
Company does not support its hardware. Purchased Amazon. Device started malfunctioning about 60 days after purchase. Reached out. They said contact the seller even though Amazon states they are the supoort. Takeway is - DO NOT BUY MOKIN!
Customer Service is a nightmare, product is a horrible and the company is predatory.
Customer Service is a nightmare. They have a product with this large of a margin - and they can't engineer a replacable adhesive? Then say that their policy is they can't return something that has been attached? Literally predatory. Consumer protection laws in the US will 200% catch up with them. There most recent reply: Hi Benjamin, I am sorry that the design and manufacturing of the product did not meet your expectations and needs. However, please allow me to say that I do not consider the manufacturing and production of the product as a "mistake" or “fault” on our side. In fact, the non-reusable nature of the adhesive has been clearly explained on the product page (you may refer to the images below). I kindly ask you to read carefully to ensure that your rights are respected and protected. I do not agree with the negative approach towards our after-sales service and policies - escalating the matter to the Internet is a wise move. This not only consumes your valuable personal time but also does not lead to a resolution of the issue. If you still wish to return the product, please let me know which items you need to return. I will do my best to ensure that your rights are protected to the maximum extent. Please understand that, before this, I am not fully aware of which products you want to return. In your initial communication, you mentioned returning "two of them," but you purchased three sets of Flip Laptop Phone Mount and Magnetic Rings and a single Flip Laptop Phone Mount. In my first email response, I just wanted to confirm if the "two" you wanted to return were still unused. Even if you have used one, and we declined the return of that specific product, it still complies with your initial request to return two items. As there is a contradiction here, I need to confirm with you again which product you actually want to return. Thank you for your comprehension and cooperation. Fondly anticipate your reply.
Horrible company. Doesn't deserve your money.
This is not the type of company you want to succeed. I had a dock stop working just outside of a year warranty. Horrible build quality. Support then wasted my time. After pushing, they offered repairing it. With a $200 shipping fee. Don't do business with them.
