As a result, I canceled the subscription within an hour. To my surprise, an amount of €79.99 was immediately charged to my credit card, despite the advertised free trial. I have already sent multiple emails but have not received any response. I kindly request an immediate refund, as I canceled the subscription within the free trial period.
