Baltini is A DISASTER
Baltini is A DISASTER. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! I bought the most expensive pair of pants I'ver ever bought there. They totally didn't fit. Everything was 100% perfectly intact. They still them at the same place I bought them. But they refused the return. I returned it within their window but - due to a clerical error at Kinkos/Fedex - the wrong label went on it. I documented the excruciating email thread between me and the wrong destination, doing EVERYTHING in my power to get the jeans mailed back to me or straight to Baltini. When Baltini got them back, they said, sorry. Too late. AND, YOU HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $75 to have them mailed back to you again. IF I HAD TIME, I'D TAKE THEM TO COURT. BUT I DON'T, SO I HOPE THIS COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION WILL DO JUSTICE AND NOT SHOP WITH THIS INCREDIBLY UNETHICAL SHEISTER. It’s like a bank losing your deposit and then claiming you missed the deadline to get your money back—penalizing you for their own mistake and walking off with what's rightfully yours!!!!
