Broken Onboarding, Unhelpful Escalation & Serious Security Red Flags
Have spent the last two weeks trying to complete a basic live account registration on NinjaTrader, and the entire onboarding pipeline is completely broken. During the phase where the compliance team requests additional mandatory verification documents, the user portal upload portal only permits text submission instead of standard file uploads (such as PDFs, JPGs, or PNGs). After escalating the issue to customer support, I was told that if the link is not working, their proposed workaround was highly concerning- they instructed me to email my sensitive NRIC document directly over standard email. Hoping for a more professional resolution, I requested an escalation, only to be routed to an entirely unhelpful supervisor. Instead of providing a secure alternative channel or actively resolving the glitch, the supervisor offered no real assistance or ownership of the issue, making the entire experience incredibly disappointing.
