Recension: I wanted to update my review after my case has now been resolved. My original concern remains the same. I experienced a significant lifting issue with one of my wigs due to the way the hair was knotted into the lace. As a professional hairdresser, I tried every styling method possible, but it could not be corrected. I have also experienced smaller lifting issues with previous Hairvivi wigs, although never to this extent. The process with customer service was long, and at times I felt that my concerns were not fully understood, as I often received similar replies. However, after continued communication, Hairvivi listened to my feedback, reviewed my case again, and eventually offered a fair partial refund, which I appreciate. I still hope Hairvivi continues to improve its quality control, as I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and would like to see more consistency in the construction of their wigs.
