save your money and shop elsewhere
first of all, the jewelry is unmentionable, low quality, dropped shipped stuff you could just as well get on amazon. cheap to mid grade at best, only worth buying on sale. You WILL wait easily three to four times longer for them to even process your order, and even then you're liable to just not get it if you had the misfortune of placing an order while they were running some sort of sale. Just save your money and buy from a trustworthy retailer. Their customer service is prompt, but ultimately useless. What is the point in a quick response if y'all don't do anything helpful?
