Horrible in every way except marketing.
This company has disappointed me gravely. I bought one of their Cloaks for over 250€! Upon the first times wearing it:(while being very careful, not having washed or stressed the material in any kind of way beforehand) -The lining ripped in 3 different places - Two of the Buttons came of - Various other places in wich it would soon break became apparent. I then reached out asking for a refund or to send it back. They did not cooperate. Not only did i need to reach out multiple times in order to get an answer after many weeks, but also were they extremely uncooperative, offering me to send REPLACEMENT BUTTONS! No attempt to make up for the trashy lining, no offer for some money to get it fixed at a local seamstress. I then had to HAGGLE with them over the course of multiple weeks because they take ages to reply and usually just oversee (or ignore) mails, until we agreed on sending me a refund of 40$ Mind you, getting all those flaws fixed at a local seamstress would probably cost me between 65-100$ so that was already disappointing. Since then (they told me id receive the refund within 10 businesses days) it's been a month+, they are just putting me of and i believe they do not intend on ever getting me that refund. So in summary: -They are offering cheep China wares that break emidiately and are clearly not meant to be worn like regular clothing - They have horrible customer service that takes ages to respond and tries to ignore you in whatever way possible - They are outright liars and do not care for their customers at all. Please speak up if you also had an Experience like me! The people NEED to know what a horrible business Linnenaive is! And if you intend to buy from them: Please read all the bad, bad reviews on here, on reddit and all the other platforms and reeeeally think about giving them your money.
