Adding again: they again sent a very wasteful email outlining again how they had sent what i paid for even though it wasn't sent - spending more time on documenting supposed proof without actually sending any proof... however, regardless - what i paid for didn't arrive... Adding a final edit and reducing the stars to 1: I was asked to wait two days. Since then nothing. Poooliprint has no customer service and buyer beware. Another Instagram ripoff. Adding an edit: You can respond to a public internet review on a Sunday but not all the emails throughout the week. They didn't send what I paid for and then over more than a week they repeatedly questioned me, treated me like a liar... when sending the $62 worth of goods could have created a loyal customer... as opposed to someone who will advise everyone NOT to BUY anything from Poooliprint!!!
