I had one of the worst experiences with this company it was completely a waste of time! I placed an order and it was put on hold for 3 days while they asked me to verify my card and submit the transaction receipt. I provided a screenshot of the transaction from my Payoneer account along with pictures of my virtual card but they rejected that. They then requested the receipt for the top up in bank account and they don't seem to realize that you can't top up in Payoneer you can only receive payments. I get paid through Fiverr which is linked to my Payoneer account and there is no receipt for that transaction since Fiverr and Payoneer do not send one. I’ve been using the same card since 2022 and no other website has required this level of verification before. This is the worst website and I do not recommend it to anyone.
