I'm very excited about the Email Profit Academy. There's heaps to learn but if I ever get stuck I can simply ask one of the account managers and I get assistance very quickly and often with a video call where it's almost like having a mentor looking over my shoulder.
I had an issue over discount for my second purchase which was not resolved. I also find there is a wealth of information available; so mush so that it's overwhelming. I didn't find the "simple" guide useful. When I first received the machine I would have liked a "start here first" to get moving. Eventually sorted but difficult to navigate.
