If i could give them Negative stars I would. I ordered my first cosplay from them. paid for expedited shipping and put in my use-by date. Almost two weeks later it was still processing and all I got was a run around about when my item would be here (3-5 processing and 3-5 shipping is what they told me) but that was obviously a lie. they are currently trying to pressure me out of my Paypal dispute with them for a full refund. update; I have gotten a full refund but only after writing this review. They have asked me to delete it but I will not be doing so. I wish I could include photo proof.
