Horrible service
I ordered two sweatshirts. Not cheap but decided what the heck, I’ve been wanting them. They charged my credit card and then sent me an email a couple days later saying they cancelled my order for an unknown issue. Tried calling and the department I needed was closed. No help through the automated system and zero details in the email. I have an account with this company and no issues before. They had no issues charging my card. When you pay so much money you should get better service. The t-shirt sizes are hit or miss but we have spent lots of money here. We won’t be spending any more.
