Customer support worked to find a fair solution
I recently contacted Reformly regarding a return, and while the standard return process required the item to be sent back to their US warehouse, the international shipping cost from the UK made this very difficult. I explained the situation to their support team, and Kyla took the time to review my case and work toward a fair solution. She was understanding of the circumstances and helped arrange resolution so that I didn’t have to go through the costly international return process.
