no dress sent, no refund
Order a bridesmaid dress last year for a wedding this weekend. Dress has been lost. They have charged me £229.99 in total. The dress has been lost somewhere and they wont refund, just keep telling me to wait whilst they get an update, then offered me a 40% discount of money off another order- so insulting. The wedding I was in has now passed and I had to attend without the dress the others had - theirs from jj house arrived. I have now had to open a case with paypal to retrieve the money. If anyone from jj house reads this it was order 9607351510 . I have contacted them 6 times now a and just been told to wait for a dress they have clearly lost. The tracking has not changed since Dec 19th 2022. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR AN IMPORTANT EVENT. THERE WAS TIME TO REPLACE MY DRESS OR TO REFUND SO I COULD BUY SIMILAR BUT INSTEAD THEY HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY AND REFUSED TO REFUND WHEN IT WAS LOST. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If anyone would like to see the email exchange with JJ house I would be happy to send them to you so you can see that my review is accurate - ilovescotsmen at hotmail.com - again, you have been warned- they take money and do not send the dress, and refuse to refund despite ruining the whole plan for the bridesmaids outfits. Imagine your wedding with one dress not there awkwardly in the photos when you are thinking about whether to trust this site, dont end up like us!
