Avoid
I ordered a 3D Printer from CS Creality UK just before Christmas and to date it has still not arrived. After ordering I checked my emails and there was no confirmation of the Order. This is making it very difficult to have this issue resolved. The money has been taken from my credit card on the date of the Order. I have written several emails to Customer Service with no resolution. I tried the telephone helpline which is based in China with no option to speak to some-one in English. I am not sure what the channels are but I think this company should not be offering or selling any products without a competent and professional Support operation.
