My travel agency won't send me my booking information and itinerary and although I've sent Compensair a power of attorney they do not contact the travel agency by themselves. My friend registered the claim by himself directly with SAS and payment was made within a week and it's a really simple procedure, would have I known. Do it by yourself, avoid these services that take large fees.
