Never again
I purchased 6 pks of the crochet hair. The hair was literally so tangled, I couldn’t brush through it. I then wash the hair with detangling shampoo and conditioned the hair with a leave in conditioning. To no avail. After two days the hair was so tangled I couldn’t run my fingers, a combo, or a brush through It I had to remove the hair by cutting it out. In the process of removing the tangled hair my own hair was severely damaged and cut. After all the tugging and pulling on the hair to remove the hair. There was no shedding. QVR hair is not cheap. And I’m out of about $600 dollars. I’m a Senior citizen on a fixed budget. QVR has not reached out ratify the issue. Will someone help me. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Lillie Lattimore
