Couldn't cancel extra baggage booking
Recently I reserved an extra baggage in an Indigo flight not realising that it would cost me upwards of inr 10000 for a 15kg bag. The website is quite opaque about the costs. I wasnt allowed to cancel the booking online . At the airport I was directed to the reservation counter who asked me to write to customer care. The customer care responded within a day refusing to return my money since I had already boarded the flight. I don't see any logic in this.
