I have purchased multiple radiators from Hudson Reed over the last 10 years. Recently I had an issue with the welds failing on a couple of the units causing leaks. After a phone call with Kim, a wonderful customer service representative, she took care of my issue by satisfying my warranty with full replacements. I am thrilled and happy with the outcome.
