I am extremely disappointed with UNice
I am extremely disappointed with UNice. I placed an order that has NOT been delivered, and when I checked the tracking information, it showed a Hatboro, Pennsylvania address that I NEVER provided and that is NOT my shipping address. This is extremely concerning. I paid for an order and now the tracking information is showing an address that I did not authorize. I should not have to chase a company down to find out where my package is or why my information is apparently connected to an address I never provided. What makes this even worse is trying to get help. I attempted to contact UNice directly, only to be told that the phone number does not take customer calls. When there is a problem involving an undelivered package and incorrect shipping information, customers should be able to speak with an actual representative and get the issue resolved. At this point, I am extremely frustrated. I paid for my order, I expect it to be delivered to the address I provided, and I expect UNice to take responsibility for investigating what happened. UNice needs to locate my package, explain why the tracking information is showing an address I never provided, and provide an immediate resolution. This has been a very disappointing experience, and based on the customer service I have received so far, I cannot recommend UNice.
