Chewy offers extraordinary customer service - A+
I don't typically leave reviews for companies but had to in this instance. I have a cat with some complicated health issues - requiring prescription food of many different types and prescription meds (and other miscellaneous supplies like cones, bandages, toys, etc.). Their selection is vast, their prices very competitive but where they stand out is their extraordinary customer service when I have issues. A phone call - they answer within a few rings, chat, wait 5 seconds and you're chatting w/someone. Whether it's a return/exchange/inquiry about shipping timing, the CS Reps are there to help you, make it easy and they truly seem to care about you and your pet. They have a loyal customer for life. I will ALWAYS purchase from Chewy if it's an option. p.s. their compounding pharmacy is great (about 1/2 the cost of others and my cat likes their flavors); just wish they also shipped gabapentin
