Amazing response to trouble tickets.
Bought a replacement printhead for my Kobra 3. When it arrived, there was a firmware mis-match. Submitted a trouble ticket, included the troubleshooting already done and the situation that required the replacement print head, and the first communication back was a link to the firmware I needed so I could manually flash the printer. Less than an hour later, I was back up and running
