The kobra s1 is an easy to use machine. Their after sales service is really quick and very helpful. Recently had an issue and tech support had responded within an hour of raising the ticket and had arranged a replacement part within 2 hours. Great company.

I had an extrusion issue on my Kobra X, and the technical support team (especially Nelson) handled it brilliantly. Communication was quick, troubleshooting steps were clear, and they immediately approved a warranty replacement for the printhead module. Outstanding after-sales service, highly recommended!
I had an issue with my machine but the support staff at any cubic worked well to diagnose and replace the parts. Other than a few mechanical questions, there was no indication of blame (I did fully document the issue). Parts shipped from Asia and were received in food time.

I've had an absolute nightmare experience dealing with Anycubic I received my printer in a Friday and by Monday it was completely inoperable. I've now spent an entire week emailing with tech support and I am 0% closer to having my issue resolved. All they have done is send me multiple template emails sending me in circles and shipped the wrong replacement parts. They didn't even fully read my initial email which clearly explained the problems I was having and missed important information. I've had my printer for a week and a half and it's been working for less than 3 days. Enough is enough, just send me a replacement.
