I got in contact with there customer server after a part had broke and they were quick to reply. The process to get one shipped was hassle free as long as you had the information you need and they got it shipped pretty quick. It was delivered quicker than expected and now my 3d printer is back up and running.

Not many companies have your back but AnyCubic does. Small issues to big issues, they respond quickly to help resolve any problems. Having trust in knowing this, I chose to purchase a second Kobra X. I am certain that support will back me if a problem arises. Can’t say it enough, AnyCubic is building quality products and backing it up with support. Any future purchases will be with this company.
