Customer service and technical support were outstanding !! I got a support ticket, was contacted within 24 hours. after a few short videos sent to them. They determined it was the heating element was faulty. new part was set up for shipping and I am up and running again. shout out to Nelson for his help and prompt handling of the issue.

I get a really good support from Nelson, regarding a problem with filament clogged inside the hotend. In my case was not possible recover the printer and i'll receive a new hotend component. It was really usefull received steb by step the instruction to try to fix the problem. Now i feel more confident and my knowledge is totally growed.
My lcd screen of my printer was broken with very less hours on the machine. Normally out of warranty but im a AC buyer (more then 10+ printers) the replace the screen free of charge. The customer services is always great! Fast reaction… clear information. Keep up the good work lads!

I acquired a used anycubic kobra 2 neo that wasn’t working. The tech staff was quick to respond to my questions and I had it working in a couple of days. Remember, they provided assistance to an out of warranty, third party owner of the unit. Excellent customer service that is rare.

I am very pleased with all that the Anycubic website has to offer. The organization of the website makes it easy to find anything that is needed. I also found that the support team is very helpful with specific parts that are not on the website.
Anycubic staff was very quick with the technical support and after 2 emails exchanged they decided to send the necessarry parts for the 3d printer (Kobra X). Hopefully they will arrive soon:)
I had a problem with a new unit (Kobra X) and after two messages with the support center i was informed that the new head unit was already shipped to my address. I am really happy with the customer support and with the 3d printer.
