My sons Honor Pro200 had charging issues. After hassle finally got it sent off via postal repair. SBE came back some days later saying not covered under warranty as there was a scratch on the lens sent me a quote for over £200, told them forget the lens just fix the charging issue they told me they couldn't and to contact Honor, wh9ch i did......guess what they wouldn't repair it and so they sent it back. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL COMPANY, UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE A HONOR V3 MAGIC AND HAD AN EVEN WORSE EXPERIENCE...SEE MY OTHER REVIEW!
