Terrible Experience — No Follow-Up or Support I tried to change the check-in date of my hotel reservation, and it was a nightmare. I called three times, and every time they told me someone would call me back with the new hotel arrangement. No one ever called me back or left any message. I was left waiting with no help at all. The customer service is completely unreliable, and they made zero effort to resolve my issue. I felt ignored and frustrated. I do NOT recommend using this company.
