Fantastic customer service experience
I have struggled for years trying to find an eyebrow product. I saw BrowPro and decided to try it but accidentally ordered too many. Anna was amazing helping me through my mistake so I shared with her why I was reluctant to buy more than one and she offered to customise my additional purchases to better suit me, no one or any company has ever offered this service, I was blown away and quite lost for words.
