You don't see customer service like this anymore
The jewelry is so nice, first off. I get compliments on it all the time when I wear it. I had to exchange for a bigger bracelet and their customer service was really what made this a slam dunk review. They are fast to respond, super polite, and walk you step by step on how to fix any issues you have. I had to send my old bracelet back, wait for it to be inspected, then sent the new one. The entire time I felt confident that they'd take care of me and they did! The overall process did take a little longer than what you might expect from something like Amazon or a different online shop, but that's because this company isn't your average off the shelf company. So happy with my jewelry and I'll definitely be ordering again.
