Lymow tech support to the rescue again!
I had reported an issue with viewing My onboard camera live on my Android phone and the fact that I've never gotten it to work on my iPad. Norah from Lymow tech support had me send some screenshots to see what I was experiencing. Within a couple of days my live view on both my Android phone and my iPad are working great!
