Just ok.
I purchased the esim yesterday for USA-CAN-MEXICO unlimited data + calls 14 days (60USD). I carefully followed every step to activate the esim. Unfortunately, I am unable to activate it, and debugged/troubleshooted with no success. I believe there’s simply an issue with the QR code provided. I contacted support and had a very useless exchange of messages, and then they stopped answering! I called their number and texted them, with no answer either. That esim was very expensive, and I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of support and troubleshooting. Today I arrived in Mexico (from Canada) for travels, and this is very inconvenient for me. I now have to contact my bank and open a dispute, and find a place to purchase a sim card in a foreign country. They reached out to me after this review and provided me with a functional esim code. Putting 3 stars because this could have been resolved earlier, and I don’t think they would have helped more unless they had gotten a bad review..
