100% A SCAM
100% A SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I initially reached out at 1130a and was told someone would contact me in chat in an hour and a half. Mind you they ask that you keep the app/chat open on your phone while you wait. They then said I needed to do a video chat with the vet and the wait was 8 hours. Which would be 10p! I was told I would receive a text and email when it was my turn but to still leave the chat open. They claim they reached out at midnight, I receive no text and no email. They then said in the chat they resolved the issue and she had a blood clot which is funny considering I was calling about a uti. When i went to start the chat again it stated it would be another 110 min wait. I'm curious and going to fight this.
