I am a long term account holder with vodien, they brought out my previous provider. On numerous occasions over the years they lock your disable account when your credit card goes out of date, which being a long term customer is going to happen. No call just emails that as they send a hundreds of emails about sales & they all just get lost in my junk box, Once your locked out trying to get help is a task beyond thier technology or service.
They don't answer the phone, instead send you to chat lines & when you email them they refer you to a closed case # & do not respond, We have a number of domains which once I get back on line I will see if can take my business elsewhere. They had gone from a great operation, to a no service IT online only help & they are really useless these days.

'Buyer beware' Been a ongoing client…
'Buyer beware' Been a ongoing client for many many years, Do not get trapped into selecting online for Domains on there site, They allow you to select as available, then they cannot supply the site as someone else has it, Its then put on backorder & will after a number of emails that say no refund, finally agree to credit your account like doing you a favour & will not return your money.
You can only assume this is a management policy to extract capital.
Staff on phone are rude if you suggest they are in wrong, they advocate you need to read the small print on website & have a don’t care response, so I will be more selective from now & will vote with my feet.. Lost my years of loyalty.
How do they treat new clients, only got to read the google reviews to understand.
The extra star is for the credit back since my initial review.
