Instantly Unable to Fulfill Booking
Still pending to see what will happen. I booked a multicity flight to the Balkans from Los Angeles. I booked two tickets with two different airlines for roughly 1100 dollars USD. After paying and seeing the charge on my card I got an email from them saying they cannot book the flight I just paid for, and they offered me another flight which is over 700 dollars USD more. I also paid for extras to diminish flight change costs if needed as well as other protections. This is so disheartening and does not look good. UPDATE: Have had HOP2 reach out stating they could not refund me and now I have to dispute the transaction with my bank to cancel the charge of over 1000 USD. Horrific service, misleading pricepoints, and then they try to upsell me when they do not have the tickets they listed on their website. Would give this website 0 stars if possible. UPDATE 2: I am in contact with the fraud division of HOP2 and my bank attempting to get over $1000 USD which has now shown up as charged in my bank. Additionally, in response to your response how do you think it is lawful/morally okay to try to upsell a flight for 700 dollars within minutes of booking a flight.
