I see many complaints for this very same reason I have. Samsung wants you to buy a $200 part for a $2 replacement item! Once the rubber feet on the cooktop grate goes missing their reply (JJ Parts) is buy a new grate. If anyone on this site has received a reply from Samsung complaint department or otherwise with respect to this issue, please reply
