My ams heater is faulty and moisture is getting all over the electronics and power block. Sunlu wont allow me an exchange or refund even though legally im entitled to it. Will be going through the bank and reverse charging for fraudulent practice by the company.
Parcels missing from the powershop community and the admin team from the uvcommunity have some of the worst customer service ive ever seen, posts hidden in competitions because you are winning but they only want people they know to win. 4months ive been in the dark and many others regarding missing parcels no email address will get a reply and no admins will respond to this.
