Amazing same day appointment at great cost
I was able to have my cat seen on a Sunday and get a prescription written for at least 1/4 of the cost of what an emergency vet appointment would be. I did speak to customer service and get in a queue right away. Once my estimated wait time was approaching I chatted to check back in and they reassured me I still had a place in the queue and also had a veterinary nurse jump in the chat to take all of my information so the visit could go faster. I did end up waiting about 4-6 hours for an appointment, but they texted me when it was my turn so I didn’t have to stay watching an open chat. I see most of the negative reviews are about huge wait times, but at the end of the day I see it as I got an extremely reasonably priced same day appointment for a sick cat on a Sunday -which is amazing. The vet was very kind and helpful and everyone along the way reassured my anxiety about my cat. Would highly recommend to anyone who is ok to wait a bit and doesn’t have an emergency.
