My husband purchased a lovely moonstone bracelet for me for Christmas 2022. It broke two weeks ago. I wrote them asking for a refund and sent a photo. They were very polite but refused to refund the item because it was past the refund period. Keeping in mind it was 3 months old, and the string that held the beads together snapped. They offered 50% off another one, and that they would cover shipping to the UK but I will not invest again here. I hate leaving reviews, but this refund policy (or warranty period) is not sufficient for the quality.
