Bad communication
Disappointing experience with this company. I ordered some wrapping paper which was reasonably priced and was prepared to pay the delivery charge as it was special paper for my son's Christmas gifts. I also ordered an additional roll for my convenience. I was informed that the product was shipped and the next day was informed the special paper I had ordered was not in stock and would be refunded. It was too late to cancel the order so I ended up paying £8 for one roll of paper I could have got in Poundland
