This booking group cannot be trusted
Update: you can contact me via email with a request for information. You can look up my account by my name Constance Adler Galloway . I will only accept correspondence and respond from an upper Administration individual I will no longer contact generic phone numbers and emails that are trying to sell me something else. I am not posting all the information here, as one of your representatives has called me and left a bogus phone number for more upsells since this post claiming they want to resolve but the return phone number was no good I've left messages with your company otherwise to no avail. This booking group cannot be trusted. There is little to no transparency in what you're getting from what they're advertising it is untruthful when I call to book I could not be explained how four adults could be accommodated in a one bed hotel room I was refused a supervisor and when I requested a refund I was told that was not possible though they give you 18 months to book they only give you 30 days which they post nowhere to cancel and receive a refund the call Representatives name was Corey and he was ridiculously inappropriate and unprofessional I cannot recommend this company or their practices if you read the reviews and look at the negative ones they're all in unison UPDATE: this is what I mean about truth and transparency you already know my name you already have my phone number because you have reached out and called me I just have not had time yet to call you back I will do so by Friday my explanation above is pretty thorough. And quite honestly at this point due to your customer service Representatives behavior and treatment and then it being supported by the poor reviews that you do have a refund is in order. Someone could have easily already taken care of this. Read your own reviews and simply do better.
