Horrendous Printer + Customer Service
I pre-ordered the Creality K2 Combo back in September 2025, and after approx 300 hrs of total print time, The printer is horrible, non-stop clogging issues, CFS constantly has retraction issues and to make it all worse the customer service is terrible, I attempted to return the printer with all the issues I was forced to face but was denied a refund as they only accept refund and return requests within 30 days of purchase period yet you get 2 year warranty, tried refunding for months, denied each time so decided to get replacement parts, waited a month for them, never arrived so I decided to track them and they were delivered to a random home in a ENTIRELY DIFFERENT COUNTRY?! I requested them to be sent again, the company sent me the address which they shall be delivered to and I pointed out TWICE that the postcode is incorrect yet they ignored it both times even after saying that it was "corrected". Do not purchase from this company as it is a total hassle to get any parts for replacement etc. Please go with Bambu Lab or Prusa and save yourself the time
